Obama No Longer Use Mobile BlackBerry - Since taking office as president of the United States in January 2009, Barack Obama was known to use the phone manufacturer BlackBerry. For security reasons, the cell phone has experienced a number of adjustment functions prior to use.
As quoted by the BBC, Wednesday (06/15/2016) after such a long stick with Blackberry, is now the number one in the US it is allowed to replace the brand of smart phones.
But the White House did not explain the brand or specification of Obama's new smart phone.
Obama himself was not too enthusiastic with his new mobile phone. On one occasion he said, 'is actually not much you can do with the new phone'.
When present at the Tonight Show hosted Jimmy Fallon, President Obama revealed for security reasons he could not be free to make a number of features in the cell phone. Such as making calls, play music, send SMS, or take a photo, for example.
He called the new gadget he has received are like phones which cater for children aged three years.
Some leaders known to use BlackBerry phones, because they have a high level of security. One of them is the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel.
Analysts say the White House's decision to abandon the BlackBerry reflect the shift in the market of smart phones. Had become a trend, but then the popularity of mobile phones made in Canada is defeated by Android and iPhone.
