Existing 11 Candidates for 2018 Asian Games Mascot

Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) formally set 11 participants who passed the 2018 Asian Games mascot Contest, from the first 59 registrants.

Similarly, it was stated by Chairman of the selection committee team mascot Asian Games 2018, Ricky J. Pesik, who is also a member of the Creative Economy (Bekraf) in a press conference held at the Office Kemenpora, Senayan, Monday (05/16/2016).

Also present at the event Deputy IV Sports Performance Improvement Kemenpora, Gatot S. Dewa Broto, Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Olympic Committee Muddai Madang, and other team selection committee.

Of that number then the selection team which amounted to 7 people collecting documents and the portfolio of each participant. From the collection process that is ultimately selected 11 individuals and companies were judged to meet the requirements of the team selection committee.

The 11 participants are Visualiteit, Feat Studio, Nusae, Mendiola Design, Ramanda Hadi, ocular, Visious, Isdijono Chandra, Emir Hakim Design, Creative Jed, and Mullenlowe Indonesia.

Later, 11 selected participants will be introduced and gain official directive from Bekraf and Kemenpora on Thursday (19/5). This directive concerns the themes and tasks given by Bekraf within three weeks. Before the end, the best results will have a selection team to be taken into consideration Imam Nahrawi Affairs.

Announcement of the winner itself will be conducted during the fasting month or early June and is expected to satisfy all parties.
